This year our family went to Normandy, France to honor the fallen soldiers from WWII and D-Day. We placed wreaths at the graves of soldiers in the American Cemetery. Over 3,000 Cub/Boy Scouts met on the beach of Normandy to spell out “Normandie Land of Liberty 2014” to support Normandy becoming a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
